I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life, especially teens and young adults. I have been working in the mental health field for 9 years across a variety of settings including residential treatment centers, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and outpatient therapy offices.
I am a fully licensed psychotherapist with additional certification in recreation therapy (CTRS) and training in internal family systems (IFS) and parenting skills.
