We are a group of Life Coaches for adults on the ASD Spectrum and other Neurodiverse individuals. We teach practical real life skills such as social skills, communication skills, independent living and college/career development. We have a heavy focus on healthy relationship building from the ground up and executive functioning. Many of our clients need help in the areas of social interaction, friendship building, relationship advice, job interview skills, how to find and keep a job for the long term, how to communicate effectively, building self awareness and self confidence and achieving independence in a very social world.

I have worked with families, individuals, as well as, groups in helping them get a better understanding of whatever crisis's or emotional struggles that may hinder their everyday living. It is difficult to open up with family and sometimes it is better to work through some situations with someone who's nonjudgmental and able to provide practical and professional guidance.

I help children, teens, adults, couples and families to better understand their temperament so they can experience improved emotional, spiritual and mental health. As the Traveling Counselor, I provide in-home, on-site and teletherapy for life coaching, counseling, therapy and consulting services for individuals, church organizations, family agencies and educational programs. As a public speaker, presentations are unlimited such as parent meetings, churches, mental health events, private events, panels and facilitation of trainings and workshops.

A beautiful thing about our bodies is that our bodies can talk to us. Our bodies can provide us with data that can be beneficial to our mental and physical state of being. Breaking down and analyzing that data can be key to understanding what we might need to help ourselves.
