Groups
Anger Management
We offer a 15-week Anger Management group that meets the requirements of the courts. This group is for working, non-addicted adults. At the end of the course clients will receive a certificate of completion. At present, this group meets every Saturday morning and is $50/week. Additional group times are offered, depending on demand.

Empowerment & Self-Esteem for Adolescent Girls
Self-worth & happiness will be key components of each group (ages 9-13 & 14-18). Through activities, games, direct instruction, and conversation, the girls will be aided in developing their whole selves. The goals of this group are to increase the client's ability to make safe and healthy choices, increase self-confidence and self-esteem, and increase appropriate interpersonal interaction.
