Rev Harry is the founder of Alpha & Omega. Rev Harry holds a State License as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor(LCADC). Harry holds a four-year degree from Somerset Christian College in Psychology/Christian Counseling, and his Masters at Mid American Christian University (MACU). He is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Harry serves in leadership roles at Zarephath Christian Church and assisted in the development and launch of Victory in Christ Ministry. Rev Harry volunteers in the capacity of a Pastoral Christian Counselor at Zarephath's Health Center, serving those struggling with addictions.

Experience and Educational Background: I received my Masters of the Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to that, I received my Bachelors of the Arts in both Psychology and Sociology from Drew University. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey. During my graduate internship, I worked for New Jersey AIDS Services in Morristown, New Jersey counseling clients who were HIV positive and homeless, while also suffering from substance abuse and mental health issues.

Sometimes you just need a neutral person to talk to that has expertise in emotional and mental health well being. We all have to deal with life's adversities, but we all don't choose to take care of ourselves through those difficult times. The most important first step is to choose a therapist that can listen and support you through life on life's terms. Change, loss, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts are all a part of living, but that doesn't mean it's easy. Life can be hard, but we can do hard things, especially with the support of your therapist.

People usually come to me wanting and needing change relatively quickly for their issues related to drugs and alcohol, eating, or as concerned family members. People often feel some shame, or a lot of it, around their problems. I have had success in orienting people to these problems and motivating them to find their way to hope, happiness, and a "recovered" life. Michael D. Zito, Ph.D. is a New Jersey Licensed Psychologist #3599 and owner of Morristown Clinical and Sport Psychology with offices in Morristown and Watchung. In his clinical practice, he provides individual, marital, family and group therapy and assessments to children, adolescents and adults. In his work with children and adolescents, he utilizes a comprehensive approach by also providing parenting strategies to support his therapy work. Dr. Zito's therapeutic intervention reflects an eclectic and strategic (research supported) blend of cognitive behavioral, family systems, positive psychology and psychodynamic perspectives along with an understanding of biological contributions.

Prior to entering the counseling field, I served as a NJ Registered Pharmacist (RPh). During this time, I obtained my Masters in Counseling from Montclair State & taught in that department for 3 years. For the next 20+ years, I served as Associate Director for The Willow Tree Center, an alcohol, tobacco and drug prevention & treatment agency. I am now in a private practice called Willow Tree Counseling Associates and provide services as a Licensed Professional Counselor and as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor.

Matthew’s experiences include: a warm approach dealing with mood disorders including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder and extensive experience with people struggling with opiate, sedative, and alcohol addiction focusing on developing motivation for sobriety in early addiction. Matthew also has experience working with clients leaving suicide wards and assisting in their return to regular life.
