I am passionate about working with men and women ages 18 years-old to older adults who are navigating life’s challenges, who feel blue, overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, angry, who are not able to concentrate in college or at the workplace, who are unsettled due to their trauma and utilize bad coping skills. I have treated a significant amount of individuals and families who have been afflicted with the aforementioned challenges. This includes in an office setting, out in the community, and in the homes of the client. I'm up-to-date on the latest treatments.
