Our staff are expertly trained and devoted therapists who share CHR's commitment to high-quality mental and emotional health services using a multi-tiered approach to help our clients on their journey to wellness. CHR is a group practice with therapists who work with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. Our therapists specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, loss/grief, relationship issues and life transitions amongst many other presenting issues.

I am currently accepting new clients located in NJ, NY, MA, & VT. People often seek therapy to achieve personal growth, pursue their goals, and live meaningful lives. I believe in meeting you wherever you are in your journey using a warm, non-judgmental approach and guiding you to find your own voice. This may mean exploring where you are feeling stuck and collaborating to remove obstacles in your path, and discussing the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and how these connections are affecting you. You deserve a safe space designed for you to develop the tools to manage life's hardships.

I am known to provide a warm, and relaxed environment in which prospective clients (individuals, children, couples and families) can receive psychotherapeutic services in complete confidence. I have been practicing for over 30 years and have experience working with most clients symptoms and problems. The fee for my services is $125-150 per hour. Are you struggling with life stressors? Finding it more difficult to deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or conflicts? I can work with you to figure out the tools you need in order to work through such obstacles as: physical and sexual abuse, stressful situations/relationships, mood disorders, and family dysfunction. I utilize my calm nature and sense of humor to engage people in treatment and we work together to identify and achieve their goals.
