Searching for a therapist can be a difficult first step and I'm so glad that you're here! I truly enjoy working with individuals and couples who are searching for understanding in their life. My approach to therapy is one of warmth, directness and authenticity while also sometimes using humor in a meaningful way to connect. I truly enjoying helping folks connect the dots in their life to help make sense of what's going on in and around their life. I am passionate about the therapeutic relationship and I strive to create an honest and open dialogue with others in order to create changes to improve their quality of life.
I assist individuals working through all types of life transitions. I find working with couples particularly enjoyable and can help assist folks through communication difficulties, parenting concerns, infidelity, etc. Additionally, I have many years of healthcare leadership experience and can help aid individuals struggling with burnout in healthcare.
