You're probably reading through these pages because you know it is time for a change. In addition to my skills for helping with anxiety and depression, I also have special insights to help people who struggle to maintain healthy eating habits. I am an LPC supervised by Rebecca Malley Fitzgerald, LCPC.
I am a therapist who will do more than “just listen.” Many of my clients say they felt overwhelmed at the start of treatment, but found a calm place to unpack their issues in my office. After the initial release of starting therapy, they report feeling that they gained skills they can use to make their work/relationship/family issues more manageable.
I look forward to meeting new clients because I am naturally curious and driven to understand. I work for a small group practice in a private office building.
