I was initially inspired to become a therapist after witnessing firsthand the positive effects of mental healthcare. As an experienced therapist today, I have worked with a wide range of ages and presenting issues. My skills are the sharpest when working with clients who may be struggling with self-esteem, interpersonal conflict, and mood disorders. I help clients connect the dots to understand the root of their issues, and help them identify tangible steps they can take to improve their quality of life.
