Kate is a Boston native who obtained her Bachelors in Criminal Justice at Worcester State and then her Master of Social Work from Bridgewater State. Kate specializes in DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and empowerment. Kate has a background in child welfare, juvenile delinquency, and therapeutic intervention.
