As of 2/9/24 I am currently accepting children 6+, teen and adult clients via telehealth. Staying true to ourselves may be one of the hardest but most important tasks we encounter as we mature into adults. Family, social needs, achievements, anxiety, depression, and many other factors often get in the way of our ability to express ourselves in our fullest capacity.
