TriCare Counseling and Consulting started accepting clients in 2010 as a practice that partners with professionals to form a caring team dedicated to improving the qualify of life for children, adolescents, and adults who deal with mental health disorders. Our therapists are available for individual, couples, and family therapy. We have a culturally competent staff and have had great success working with clients regardless of background or lifestyle orientation. We address issues of spirituality, identity formation, and self-actualization. We accept clients ages 4 and up. Psychological Evaluations are available. I am passionate about helping neurodivergent-identifying folx navigate a world designed by and for a neurotypical brain. I am an ardent advocate for neurodiversity and view ADHD as a brain style. My focus, through empirically supported coaching and solution-focused counseling, is to transform “disorder” into an asset. I partner with my clients to develop skills that compensate for the difficult parts of their diagnosis, while celebrating the amazing qualities of their neurodivergent brain.

I believe that every individual has the right to feel safe, to feel loved and to seek emotional peace and personal success. I help individuals and families find the balance necessary to heal through a variety of therapeutic services. I work with children, adults and families, however I specialize in issues involving traumatic experiences. My goal is individual and/or family empowerment through emotional regulation, trauma integration, relationship building and psycho-social education (skill building).
