I help individuals and families find the balance necessary to heal through a variety of therapeutic services. I work with children, adults and families, however I specialize in issues involving traumatic experiences. My goal is individual and/or family empowerment through emotional regulation, trauma integration, relationship building and psycho-social education (skill building).
I also provide group therapy, parenting classes and coaching.

"Journey" Girls Group
“Journey” Girls Group (11-14) – Focus is on self-esteem, body-image, expressing feelings, communication, decision making, friendships, and a session for moms on how to interact with your maturing daughter. Group will meet for 2 hours, one time a week for 8 weeks.
