Women's Emotional Support for Abuse Survivors
We are committed to building a community of healing where individuals can connect with others who have experienced trauma, share their stories, and find support and validation. This is emotional healing group classes for women who are abuse survivors via Zoom meeting. Discussion topics include: abuse, addiction, boundaries, healing, trauma, narcissism, codependency, relationships, family, health, behavioral issues, creativity, emotional/behavioral patterns, past and present life experiences, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, coping skills, habits, empathy, support, and more.
