I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with my doctoral degree (EdD) in Community Care Counseling. I also utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Brainspotting (BSP) as needed to provide all of my clients with expedited and complete healing from trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety.
