I have six years of experience helping individuals, couples, and youth overcome these challenges as well.
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with my doctoral degree (EdD) in Community Care Counseling as well. I also utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Brainspotting (BSP) to provide all of my clients with expedited and complete healing from trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety.
