Since I've been working in the field of mental health since 1991, I've learned to address many issues that clients bring to my office including marital and relational, anxiety, depression, bipolar, boundaries, domestic violence, codependency, substance abuse, grief, and blended families.

While the past has brought us where we are today, how you believe today and how you act today is of more importance. I believe in being directive and intentional in all aspects of therapy.

I am dedicated to helping people improve their lives, achieve more of a meaningful life, and realize their inherent potential and highest goals. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Missouri. I primarily work with young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, career issues, relationship and marriage problems, and other life challenges. I also work with a lot of business professionals working with balancing careers and businesses. I am an empathetic and compassionate counselor, that works to motivate clients to work on their improvement.
