I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Manager at Healing Grace Counseling Center, Northland. We are a full service mental health counseling center serving children, teenagers, adults, older adults, couples and families. We have experience treating child behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, grief/loss, trauma, marriage and family conflict, as well as many other issues impacting mental health and wellness.

We have immediate availability. We have a special interest in providing care for people of all ages who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, PTSD, and family concerns, and are often called the "teen whisperer" for the younger clients. If you are navigating these concerns we offer individualized treatment plans that are set around your goals. Our main priority is to give you a place where you can process your concerns, and provide you with guidance to walk through those with skills.

My 32 years of cosmetology and services industry work, along with my achievement of honors in both my BA and MA, has allowed me to build acceptance, wisdom, perspective, and awareness in my therapeutic approach.

I am a firm believer that therapy is for everyone - no matter how scary and strange the process may be. In this safe environment, everyone will feel welcomed just as they are. Working through a trauma-informed lens, I have extensive training in working with fellow members of the LGBTQIA+ community, while utilizing clinical and evidence-based therapeutic modalities - all while using a secular approach. I largely work with teens through their college years, and adults.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults, adolescents, children and families. I have experience working with clients who are experiencing symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and trauma in a variety of outpatient settings. I utilize a holistic, strengths based approach that combines elements from Neuroscience, Attachment theory, Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral theory, Art and Play therapy. I am now offering Direct Neurofeedback, which offers a drug-free approach to improving brain performance and forming new and enhanced patterns of functioning.

With RTT I can fix anything from skin conditions to weight issues, to phobias, to addictions, to chronic illness and disease, in just 1-3 sessions. I’m still seeing traditional therapy clients, but since my accreditation in RTT, I’m focusing on moving my practice to exclusively RTT and coaching clients. My target client includes anyone who has been unable to fix or heal from any type of issue, they’ve tried other ways, but have been unsuccessful! RTT is the missing link that can free you!
