I’ve been working as an LCSW since 1999, supporting and helping adolescents, young adults & adults effectively navigate emotional health and wellness challenges. I believe the key to beginning the healing process is in finding someone you can build a safe, honest and insightful therapeutic relationship with. Therapy is more often than not viewed as a place reserved for those suffering from crippling psychiatric disorders, or symptoms otherwise deemed as "diagnosable." Therapy is in fact, beneficial for any one individual with, or without, presenting concerns or symptoms at hand. It is a space for individuals to freely discuss their ideas, hopes, frustrations, and joys throughout life.

My passion in our therapy space together is walking alongside individuals and couples alike on their journey towards wholeness, and to help parents find answers for their child through sound psychological evaluation. I also specialize in counseling couples through infertility - If you are experiencing infertility/reproductive loss, like my wife and I have, I would be honored to hold your story, because your story matters. I also have extensive experience as a certified school psychologist in the public schools. Dr. Bryan Pearlman is a life change specialist, educator & mediator. He holds a Doctorate of Education from Maryville University, a Master’s of Social Work from LSU & a Master’s of Education from Lindenwood University. Dr. Pearlman is a former school principal & teacher, a keynote speaker & an adjunct professor of Ed Psych. He is the author of two books: Maslow Before Bloom & Whatever It Takes For All Students To Succeed. Dr. Pearlman specializes in working with kids, teens, adults, couples & families. His approach includes: goal setting, mentoring, skill building, coping strategies, coaching, educating & communicating.

Kathryn Manley is a seasoned licensed mental health practitioner and licensed AASECT sex therapist. For over 20 years, she has helped individuals and couples navigate difficult issues relating to communication skills, sexuality, autonomy, and attachment. Kathryn understands the importance of having a safe and trustworthy clinician. Sex therapy can include the many physiological and emotional aspects of intimacy encountered during seasons of life including postpartum depression, differences in sexual desire, infidelity, betrayal trauma, erectile dysfunction, pain, sexless marriage and difficulty with orgasm.

I am passionate about helping individuals become their best version of themselves in life. I believe that reaching our fullest potential is a process that we work at daily, and I enjoy being a supportive partner in my clients' journey. I have experience helping individuals and families struggling with anxiety, anger management, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, occupational stress, parenting, relationship problems, and addiction recovery. I use a holistic approach focusing on developing a healthy mind, body, and spirit, using primarily cognitive-behavioral therapeutic techniques.

Do you ever feel like you are reliving the same script but with a different cast? Often, we play out the same dynamics across relationships without noticing how the same conflicts and chaos show up time and time again. I enjoy working with clients to recognize these patterns and collaborate towards striking a balance between empathy and boundaries. When I was serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine, the comfort of someone speaking my language was immeasurable. Speaking your language is important to me. Whether it’s through humor, warmth, empathy, or directness, I strive to make therapy relieving rather than another foreign experience. When therapists discuss what type of therapy they do, is it just another set of abbreviations with absolutely no meaning? Let me be your translator.
