I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy approved Supervisor. I began my time at David Hoy & Associates as an intern, and now work as an out-patient therapist. I have experience working with clients from ages 5 to 55 providing services to individuals and their families. My focus surrounds strengthening interpersonal relationships along with working through past trauma in all forms. We are all human and imperfect, yet resilient and capable.

Hi. I know you're ready for this. I see most everyone for most everything. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients and specialize in healing trauma and helping people with many types of issues, including post-traumatic stress, attachment/connection, sexual/physical/emotional abuse, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I am most passionate about helping people overcome relationships involving narcissistic abuse and strengthening parent-child relationships. I also have a special place in my heart for people suffering with fertility issues.

I am honored to offer space to process and reflect and help clients connect to themselves and others in a deeper way. I believe we each have our own inner widsom and therapy is a place to discover that wisdom. Clients describe me as down to earth, creative, compassionate, funny, direct, warm and intuitive. I specialize in grief and loss, education, healthcare and mental health professionals, secondary and primary trauma and clients who have connection with adoption or foster care. I work from strength based and trauma informed models and draw from IFS, Attachment, Narrative and Somatic/Experiential/Sandtray modalities.

I have been in the counseling and psychology field for the past 20 years. I know that it is difficult to ask for help. However, people sometimes need additional support beyond their family and friends. I work with, adults and adolescents that experience low self-esteem, relationship problems, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, addiction, trauma, and have trouble regulating their emotions. If you are a parent looking for services for your child, I am a registered play therapist and I will work with your child to resolve fears, worries, sadness, and build healthy esteem and assist you in providing on-going support to your child.
