My work, based on a humanistic approach allows us to work as partners in creating the life you want. Working abroad (Tokyo & London) and as a parent to LGBTQ kids, have opened my perspective on life.
I offer Walk & Talk therapy. Your session will be in a park, along the river, or another agreed upon location. Studies show that the effectiveness of talk therapy can be increased when combined with getting outside and walking. I also have a private office if preferred.
