Oftentimes we find ourselves at a crossroads and become stuck from indecision and fear. I offer a warm, affirming space to empower my clients to take charge of their peace of mind through those challenging times. I am a board-certified, licensed professional counselor helping people overcome issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, or major life changes. I have over 7 years of experience working with adults and teens in a variety of settings.
My foundational approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (helping others understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors affect each other); however, my style is adaptive and holistic; it is guided by the individual needs of each client. I see clients both in person and online, however, at this time I am only providing telehealth services to individuals.
I believe that healing is a collaborative process that requires honest caring without judgment, and I cooperatively assist my clients in clarifying their goals for treatment. I draw from a variety of methods to create a tailored approach for each individual and situation. As a therapist, I am open, encouraging, and direct.
