I pride myself in my ability to develop positive relationships with my clients. I am really good at asking thought provoking and mind-challenging questions to help my clients see things in ways they may not have previously thought about. I believe homework assignments are the key to helping clients enact positive change at home, outside of the therapy room. I embrace the values of authenticity, compassion, and humor in my work. I aim to connect with my clients where they are, and strive to help them find the place they want to be.
My personal life experience with a not-so-perfect family and my educational background work together to help me provide well-rounded and personalized services in the therapy room. I see couples, families, and individuals of all ages with a variety of presenting problems. My approach is adjusted based on your needs.
