I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, NMT, DBT, stress management, increasing self-worth, inner child work, incorporation of meditation, mind/body connection, assertiveness training, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment, & work/life balance.
