Renee Mensah is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed to treat psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. Renee specializes in holistic and pharmacological approaches to ease mental health ailments such as Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Insomnia, Fatigue, Low motivation, and other challenges. Renee received a Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in nursing from Rhode Island College. She completed her Master's in Nursing from Regis College. Renee has experience in mental health across the lifespan that includes both inpatient and outpatient settings.

I believe in the power of a positive rapport building experience for all patients struggling with addiction and alcohol issues. I offer strength-building and self-empowerment approaches to client-centered care while addressing self-management skills. Clients learn how to become encouraged and motivated to believe in their own capacity for successful outcomes and attainable goals, while addressing Substance Use Disorder and subsequent complexities throughout the treatment process.

She will collaborate and build on existing strengths. Her office is warm and inviting with plenty of off street parking. Telehealth appointments on a case by case basis.

I have had the privilege to serve as a clinical social worker for over 15 years to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am incredibly respectful in assisting each client achieve their personal and emotional goals. It is my personal commitment as a therapist to assist individuals with becoming comfortable with their true self, enhancing their relationship skills, and developing their abilities to manage any adversity that arises in their life. I am particularly skilled in treating anxiety disorders, severe depression, and trauma.

Aliza Bogdanich leverages extensive experience in therapy and recovery as a Primary Therapist at Ocean State Recovery Center, Rhode Island. With academic qualifications including a Master of Education in Counseling & Human Development and a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing from Saint Lawrence University, her education underpins a solid grasp of human behavior. Previously, Aliza enriched her expertise working as a Life Coach at Herren Wellness and a Counselor at Gosnold Treatment Center, assisting individuals battling substance use and mental health issues.

As a Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP) and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) currently working at the Northeast Family Services SUD Recovery Center, I am hopeful I can help you reach your desired goals. I provide a safe, secure, validating, non-judgmental, peaceful space for people to explore and build a healthy mindset.

I am a Recovery Coach and Case Manager at Ocean State Recovery Center. I have a bachelors in Psychology and am currently working on my LCDP supervision hours. I am also a person in longterm recovery and it is my passion to work others and help them in anyway I can to get back on track to a life free from drugs and alcohol.

Tim Laprade, a Rhode Island native and former paratrooper in the US Army, is a Certified Peer Specialist and addiction counselor who’s focus has been working with individuals who have also experienced trauma and substance abuse issues. He was selected amongst his peers for Rhode Island College’s accelerated Master’s program in Social Work. He has invested time to educating clinicians at VA hospitals across the US on evidence-based practices for veterans who have experienced trauma. Tim has been trained in CBT, CPT, and mindfulness practices and takes a strengths-based approach to his work.

Primary Therapist Danny Seliger studied at Rhode Island College where he graduated cum laude with a double major in psychology and chemical dependency/addiction studies. Danny is a person in long term recovery and has worked as a substance use clinician at many different levels of care including outpatient, residential, and in an acute psychiatric hospital. Danny’s experience in all these settings has given him a unique skill set in which he is able to treat a variety of substance use and co-occurring issues.

I offer a safe and welcoming space, build relationships based on trust and honesty. Aid in lifestyle design, promote lifestyle and holistic medicine.
