Waitlist for new clients
I'm an existential therapist and focus primarily on life transitions, but am eclectic in my approach.
If you are someone looking for a space to process difficult emotions, develop new strategies for day to day life, or need to reflect on lived experiences; I provide a safe space to do so. I offer support in safe exploration of thoughts, complex emotions, developing of tools and strategies to help you on your path. I believe strongly that the key to success in therapy is the connection with the therapist, and hope to be a part of your journey.

What do you look for in a therapist? What's important? Surprisingly, age, gender, years of training and theoretical orientation are not the primary factors correlated with the effectiveness of a therapist. So how do you choose someone? Is it by their picture? The best website? The one that's taking new clients? Finding the right person can be incredibly difficult. Research suggests that the most important factors in positive therapeutic outcomes are the therapeutic alliance, working together to set collaborative goals, and the therapist's ability to be empathetic, accepting and genuine.
