Our administrative staff will complete an informal screening to have you scheduled with the most appropriate clinician for your area of need. They will also answer any questions you may have regarding the counseling process, AAC, your clinician or any other related item. In today's world, there is little time for reflection, for nurturing relationships, mentoring our children, or caring for our elderly parents. We often need a refuge from the confusion we experience in our daily lives, a time to clarify what's important and what's not important, as well as a safe place to begin making changes. I offer psychotherapeutic services based on the interrelation of body, mind, and emotion. When we first meet I will ask you questions about your concerns, your worries; together we will think about what’s getting neglected, prioritized, what you value, what you wish for yourself.
