I founded A Nourished Soul Therapy, LLC to provide a safe, judgement free space where your needs and challenges can be understood and addressed. My therapeutic orientation is holistic--working with body, mind and spirit. I use a variety of tools and techniques to help find balance, clarity, insight and vitality as we work through the challenges in your life. My experience as a Certified Mental Health Integrated Medicine Provider and Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical, has been with diverse populations with a range of issues. I specialize in adolescents 12+, young adults, LGBTQ, military family life, and work life balance.

I work with clients from a variety of different backgrounds who are looking to heal from painful and traumatic experiences. My clients seek empowerment and are ready to make positive change in their lives so they may find healing, peace, and inner-strength.
