I have experience and specialized training in the assessment and treatment of adolescents and adults with trauma, attachment insecurity, mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and interpersonal issues. I have additional specialized experience working with survivors of sexual violence including campus sexual assault and sex trafficking. I work with clients from a variety of different backgrounds who are looking to heal from painful and traumatic experiences. My clients seek empowerment and are ready to make positive change in their lives so they may find healing, peace, and inner-strength.
I am passionate about working with clients from a variety of backgrounds and seek to provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adolescents and adults healing from traumatic and painful experiences. My primary theoretical orientation to counseling is humanistic/existential, with a focus on the here and now and the therapeutic relationship.
I am an LGBTQ+ allied mental health professional and work alongside each of my clients as an advocate by providing an affirming space to explore issues of gender and sexual identity. I am ready to work with you on your healing journey!
