I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, various forms of addiction, autism, & more. Are your goals oriented towards reducing maladaptive symptoms, identifying the behaviors you wish to engage in, being the person you want to be, and, ultimately, the life you aspire to live? I specialize in CBT & REBT, to help identify faulty cognitions (ways of thinking) about themselves, others, & the world. We will work towards unlocking the motivation to become our best version. I practice elements of existentialism, helping people find meaning in their lives, & Stoicism to cope with life's inevitable challenges.
