I feel honored and fortunate to be a psychologist. I love working with people to find their best selves, to set boundaries and to improve their lives in whatever way is best for them. I have an intimate, comfortable office in Mequon, WI, and I also offer virtual therapy for those who prefer the comfort of therapy in their own homes/offices. My ideal client is anyone who is coping with past trauma, dealing with chronic illness, or who is trying to manage complex personality traits in themselves or others. My ideal client is motivated to work on themselves, or to learn how to help themselves manage a loved ones' complicated behavior.
I have been practicing client-centered therapy for nearly 10 years. I am excited to work with my clients to identify their needs and build an individual treatment plan. I have experience with individual trauma therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety/depression, and teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, in addition to other treatments.
I am passionate about my work as a psychologist. I get to help people improve their lives and exert control over things that they feel are uncontrollable. I look forward to building my practice and providing services for individuals who have been seeking therapy. Please contact me by email, so we can set up an appointment that will work for all parties.
