Whether you're navigating deep-rooted self-doubt, looking to lighten the weight of unresolved trauma, or facing emotional layers of parenthood, I have years of experience helping clients find their way back to themselves. I provide a grounded, safe, compassionate space where we untangle the threads that required survival. You may feel depleted or lost, and I have training and a vested interest in being a partner in helping you build an updated experience of self. Depression, anxiety, panic, and loneliness can throw your psyche. The therapeutic process can help you get through it.

My passion is understanding my clients in context of unique landscapes. My work leads me to combine my previously held Complex Trauma Certification with training in modern relational psychoanalysis. This flexibility allows me to meet my clients as individuals, attuning to and creating a space that honors neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ experiences.

The relationship each client and I build together is my greatest asset. My experience as a social worker and a parent lends me deep understanding for the exhaustion that comes with constantly giving while struggling to receive in complex systems. Clients see me anywhere from twice weekly to bi-weekly. Maintenance sessions available for long term clients.
