I provide a grounded, safe, compassionate space where we can untangle the threads that keep you feeling depleted, process the pain that still lingers, and help you build a more accurate and updated experience of self. Supportive, present, and at times challenging, I'm passionate about seeing my clients in context of unique landscapes. I humanistically apply modern relational psychoanalytic techniques, parts work, and somatic experiencing. I am deeply attuned to and celebratory of neurodiversity, creating a space that honors the ways your brain works.
My greatest asset is the relationship each client and I build together. My experience as a social worker and a parent lends me deep understanding for the exhaustion that comes with constantly giving while struggling to receive. Clients see me anywhere from twice weekly to bi-weekly. Maintenace sessions are available for long term clients.
