This is your journey. I work within a clinical framework that I hold lightly to support the process, always considering whether this is the right level of care for you. Together we explore what skills may be missing or have been forgotten, what unprocessed experiences or trauma may still be influencing your life, and what you want your life to look like moving forward. You should know that I am validating, honest, and sometimes a bit irreverent. My clients and I often laugh and cry together. I support your growth and your journey—not my own agenda. Insight is gained in talk therapy, but insight alone rarely leads to lasting change; growth happens when insight is paired with practical skills, lived experience and compassionate support. My focus is on you the person your emotions, thoughts, and experiences that shape your life. My focus is on giving you the skills that you need as you heal and grow.
I stay curious about you, what skills you already have and what skills might be useful to you. I believe that learning new skills must be be easy so they can be generalize quickly in order for you to see change which encourages your continued use and practice to refine them.
