I enjoy working from a person-centered approach and believe that by working collaboratively with you, can we work towards each of your goals! I want to help and support children, adolescents, and young women with finding their strength and solutions within themselves. Helping others work through their depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life changes, as well as those living with chronic illness and chronic pain are my passion. I also specialize and have found my calling in helping those within the neurodiverse populations, such as those diagnosed with ADHD and ASD.
One of my main focuses is to help you find healthy coping skills that work for you! Whether it's deep breathing, painting, watching a favorite show, meditation, or allowing yourself the grace to take a nap, we'll work together to find the best coping and grounding skills for you.
