Are you struggling with anxiety and feeling on edge? Do you find unwanted thoughts, images, or worries getting “stuck” in your head? If you relate to any of these questions, I would love to talk more. My areas of clinical focus include OCD, anxiety, depression, or other chronic mental health concerns.
My treatment approach often includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and/or Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am passionate about my work and offer warmth, empathy, non-judgment, practicality, and a bit of humor (when appropriate) in sessions.
I believe that counseling is a space to share openly, increase self-awareness, and move towards emotional health and lasting change according to your personal values.
