I am a Licensed Social Worker with experience in treating grief and loss, PTSD, stress/anxiety, depression, and other problems. Prior to working in private practice, I worked at Mercy Behavioral Health Services. I have helped people with physical and mental disabilities, chronic illnesses, burnout and job stress, trauma, and first responders.
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I meet people “where they are” and establish manageable goals for therapy.
