I work with all adults and adolescents, but especially love working with adolescents (12-18), parents, and anyone in the prenatal and postpartum realm. I primarily work with clients that need support with anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, and prenatal/postpartum concerns.
I provide a comfortable space for clients to share their innermost thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I will help you gain clarity about life decisions, daily concerns, and personal goals. My extensive knowledge of the school systems and being a parent help me to understand the unique challenges that come with these phases of life.
