Relationships in Crisis: We Have Several Private Couples/Marriage Workshops & Individual Sessions, in order to Rapidly Accelerate Your Healing & Your Communication Process (Traditional 45 min. session Simply Does Not Work). During these 2 to 4 weeks, we will see both of you Together & Individually, as well as Help each of you Learn the Art of Empathy, Sensitivity & Compassion. These Workshops are Informative & Powerful, in order to Accelerate the Healing Process & Stop any further Damage from Occurring. In Addition, Our Success RATE is 85% of Our Couples that have Successfully Completed Our Couples Workshops or Alcohol Treatment.

I have 15 years of clinical experience as a psychotherapist. I received both my Master's degree and Continued Advanced Graduate Study Degree in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College. I am also certified as a cognitive behavioral therapist from Boston University School of Social Work.

I customize my therapeutic approach and practices to best serve your individual needs. This may include individual therapy, parenting sessions, family/group meetings, or a combination of multiple modalities. Accepting new/ tele-health clients!! Welcome, simply arriving on this site suggests you have moved forward on your journey to health and wellness. I have been counseling clients for over 20 years and have found that making this initial outreach is often the biggest hurdle. Many of the individuals I work with have experienced depression or anxiety and many have found that substance use, once a form of 'decompression', has in fact compounded their struggle. This does not need to be your 'new' or 'permanant normal.'

I earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Massachusetts, Lowell, in 1989. I obtained my Master's degree in mental health counseling form Suffolk University in 1993. I completed my certification in graduate studies in counseling at Lesley University in 2006.

With adult clients, we uncover patterns & behaviors causing pain, address trauma, shame, identity, or relationship issues; anything impacting optimal wellbeing.
