With my youngest clients, counseling is a collaborative process of shifting challenging habits & behaviors, or removing roadblocks impacting school adjustment and family harmony. I work in partnership with caregivers to take actionable steps, teaching skills & strategies to help children and adolescents thrive. With adult clients, we uncover patterns & behaviors causing pain, address trauma, shame, identity, or relationship issues; anything impacting optimal wellbeing.
In 17 years of practice, I've coached and counseled children, adolescents, families and women, through life transitions, complicated grief, loss and trauma, anxiety and depression, educational and career change, relationship struggles, social-emotional and developmental growing pains. I am honored to be a trusted guide & resource on your path.
