I Specialize in working with Adults, teens, and tweens treating Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Depression Grief and Loss Issues, Addictions / Dual-Diagnosis and Anger Management difficulties. I am a bi-racial (black/white) female who works with individuals 18 years old through geriatric using telehealth services only. I have over 15 years of providing mental health and dual diagnosis/co-occurring treatment in an outpatient setting. I worked as a crisis counselor for 9 years working with ages 5-21 year olds. I have lead and co-lead anger management and substance abuse groups. I often work with the forensic population along with probation/parole officers.

My clients desire to obtain peace in their lives, even if that means letting go of what no longer serves them.

I have experience working with Individuals, Couples, and Families of First responders and marginalized communities struggling with the challenges of complex trauma impacting mental health, including Anxiety, Depressive disorders, PTSD, and substance use disorders.

Another ideal client would be seniors seeking to navigate the challenges of aging, including loss of jobs through retirement, changing health, or any other issue.
