My passion and the majority of my experience is in helping teenagers and families work through struggles, emotional challenges or to set and reach personal life goals. I consider my approach to be relational, empathetic, and solution-focused. While difficult circumstances of the past can't be changed, we can work together to better understand, and redeem difficult challenges, and change course in your future.
My approach combines counseling, coaching, and mentoring. A place where teenagers and young adults can be themselves. Relevant interventions are designed to not only relieve symptoms but to address core issues that lead to better health. I utilize my own life experience and training to help people build strategies toward improved emotional wellbeing.
