I am a graduate of the MSW program at San Jose State University, with a focus on health and mental health, and have been a practicing social worker since 1995. I have worked extensively with families coping with disability, loss, behavioral challenges, and interpersonal communication difficulties. Since coming to the East Coast, I have been working with people coping with chronic stress, illness, economic and social challenges, and vocational difficulties. I provide a warm and supportive environment for clients who seek to heal. In 2023, I became a certified Therapeutic Game Master.

I have been licensed in Florida since 2005 and now offer services in NJ. I partner with clients who are looking for something different than the "more of the same old school" approach. There is no " how does that make you feel", instead I use a collaborative partnership with you to make effective change and aim to make this process as exciting as possible.
