I’m a Licensed Clinical Social worker with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families facing diverse treatment needs. My goal as a clinician is for you to feel fulfilled, to love who you are and feel grounded and at ease in your body, for you to keep moving towards more satisfying ways of being and be who you want to be. I specialize in trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, family challenges and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is a relational approach where together we create a safe and non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and feelings openly and work towards managing challenges and achieving your goals.
