Through an eclectic approach, I enjoy working with clients as they endeavor to rewrite the parts of their life that they have identified as challenging or burdensome. Seeking help can be an intimidating step to take, and finding the right therapist to trust with that vulnerability even more so. Life can be difficult for children and their parents. I have experience in both clinical and school settings working with children who experience anxiety, low self-esteem, peer issues, behavior issues, and adjustment to life events. Parent collaboration is essential to a child's growth and success in therapy, because you know your child best! I enjoy working with parents on creating structure, building a positive relationship with their child, and facilitating change.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in the New Orleans area. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds. My specializations of LGBTQI, Gender Dysphoria, Trauma, Attachment Disorders especially in children, depression and anxiety. I am also experienced in ABA and have a background in working with children with extreme behaviors. I am also well versed in polyamorous relationships and ethical non-monogamy. I also work with kinks and sexual expression.My therapeutic approach is eclectic as my background is Expressive Arts Therapy as well as Counseling Psychology.

My favorite part of working with clients through counseling is observing as the client works through the issue themselves to see that they really had the answer all along. They just needed the guided support to get there.

I strive to help my clients find peace, comfort, and self-love that will guide them in life.

Navigating adversity while maintaining self-compassion can be difficult. I strive to provide person centered care to individuals, families and couples. My approach to therapy is individualized, with consideration of the uniqueness of each client's preferences and needs. I utilize trauma informed care with traditional therapeutic methods such as solution focused therapy. I received my Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University and my Master’s in Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans. My office is conveniently located in Metairie, and I offer virtual/telehealth appointments.
