In 2006, I founded Pediatric Psychological Associates, a private practice dedicated to helping children from their earliest years through their challenging teens. Prior to private practice, I served as a pediatric psychologist and assistant professor of pediatrics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. I work with children and teens with a variety of emotional, behavioral, developmental and social problems. I have specific expertise in the area of pediatric anxiety and pediatric health psychology.

With over twenty-five years of experience, I have focused my work on community mental health. I was the Intensive Children's Outpatient Director / IMPACT Supervisor at a community mental health center for seven years. I was also employed as the Treatment Director for a private therapeutic foster care agency. During this time, I taught general and developmental psychology for Bluegrass Community and Technical College System. I also contracted with First Steps to provide early intervention services to Kentucky's children. I have provided psychological services for the Children's Advocacy Center and Bluegrass Boys Ranch.

Rachel Kolodziej is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana who has been practicing since 2015. Rachel graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She continued to pursue higher education at University of Louisville and obtained a Master's of Science in Social Work with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2015. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kentucky and Indiana, as well as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Indiana.
