I’m so glad you are here….I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and trained in many different proven and effective counseling approaches to help you through whatever challenges you may be facing. I also specialize in treating children aged 3 and over using play therapy techniques and sandtray therapy. Sandtray and play therapy allow children to communicate and also process their emotions of internal struggles or conflicts.

i am a 30 year veteran of counseling and specialize in working with clients through Solution Focused Therapy, EMDR therapy among other modalities. I have experience in working with all populations and ages in a variety of settings.

Michael Hiser has a Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, and is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a circle of security certified facilitator As an advocate for the under-served he loves working with individuals and families as well as youth who struggle with addictions. Michael has a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. His open, caring and respectful manner is very welcoming to hurting people. Women who suffer from compromising relationships find Michael to be a breath of fresh air. He creates a safe and warm atmosphere for working through tough issues and problems in a variety of situations.

My coaching expertise is working with individuals who feel or think they may, or know they may have ADHD or ADHD-like qualities. I also work with persons who do not have ADHD but are related, connected or live with someone who has ADHD.

We can also test adults for autism and have resources for helping autistic adults and autistic children navigate the world around them. We do NOT use ABA, and do not refer to ABA providers. We prefer a strengths-based approach to help autistic people in ways best suited for their individual needs. We have an autism-positive approach that is beneficial to autistic clients and their families.
