My passion is to assist clients in coping with challenging situations and to provide guidance in living life with your most cherished values in mind. Over the years I have worked with individuals, couples, and families that have been faced with a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, cognitive or behavioral conditions, family dynamic challenges, trauma, anger management, and couples/marital concerns as well as other matters. My goal is to tailor your treatment using research based practices that will best fit your unique situation.

As a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist through AASECT since 2005, I offer a dynamic and intensive relationship therapy/coaching experience. I have many years of experience diagnosing and treating a variety of sexually related issues, in addition to numerous other behavioral health issues, including mood disorders and substance abuse/addiction. I believe a therapy session is a very sacred space. I consider it a privilege to be chosen to accompany someone into that space and bear witness to their work.

I help a lot of people struggling with anger, but I also help people struggling with anxiety, depression, marital issues, and life's struggles. Even if you are recovering from an affair or other infidelity, I believe you can rebuild the relationship, and I will help. I have been a Licensed Family and Marriage therapist since 2013, with much of my experience coming as part of a group practice that specializes in the issues of couples.I get it, relationships are not easy.
