My focus is supporting children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing eating disorders, depression, anxiety, unhealthy relationships, and life adjustments. As a family therapist, I have a unique perspective for supporting and encouraging each family member while addressing the concern that initiated therapy. I encourage self-compassion and self-understanding in all therapy practices.
I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist in Kansas. I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems. The goal of my approach to therapy is to help individuals and families achieve emotional stability, acquire better coping skills, and improve relationships and communication.
