I have extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and families that have endured significant traumas or are struggling with mental health from a multitude of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

I have worked in the field of general mental health counseling for nearly 25 years. I specialize in client-centered therapy and have worked with children, teens and adults as individuals and families. After attaining a Masters degree in Los Angeles California, I worked with people that had been injured on the job. I helped them find new employment within their physical restrictions. Before my Masters degree, I worked as a kindergarten teacher for 4 years in Sherman Oaks California.
