Hello, my name is Krystal and I am here to help you on your journey of change. I graduated from BYU-Idaho with a bachelor's in social work in 2006 followed by a Masters in Social Work with a specialty in Child Welfare from ASU in 2008.
I have been a leader, and helped train and develop psychotherapists in Nevada before moving to Texas. I am trained in a multitude of therapeutic techniques that include but are not limited to: play therapy interventions, DBT, CBT, and person-centered approach.
Life is hard as it is and doing it alone is even harder. The work that we will be doing toghether is uncomfortable and can be challenging. But I am here to help you on this journey through life’s ups and downs.
