I'm in the helping profession mostly due to my own life experiences, which gives me the ability to have strong empathy for clients. I have a true passion for helping others. My approach is holistic, realistic and person-centered. I put an emphasis on positivity and building a solid set of coping skills.
I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy to address numerous struggles, such as: anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, addiction, self-esteem, anger management, domestic violence, and more. I have a special interest in sexuality. I encourage positive sexual growth and I love working with LGBTQIA+, BDSM/Kink, Poly/ENM, and swing communities.
